Broken Fence Post
This is likely what has happened if your fence is currently laying on your lawn! The leading cause of a broken fence post is that water is sitting around the post and has rotted away the base. Once it gets bad enough, all it takes is a strong gust of wind and down it goes!
This repair is a matter of digging out the old post and concrete, setting a new post in concrete, then reinstalling or replacing the sections of fence connecting to the offending post.

Wobbly Fence
If you can move your fence back and forth more than a couple of inches, it is likely that you have one or more broken/ rotted posts. This means that you fence is no longer being supported and that soon it is likely to topple over.
Sagging Gate
This is actually a super common problem that we see all the time. Just like conventional doors, gates need regular maintenance to stay working at their best. Sometimes they are just built incorrectly to start with! Whatever the cause, your gate is not a problem that you have to live with. Often reinforcing the gate with a cross member and adding some fasteners is enough to correct the problem, occasionally though, they need to be rebuilt if they are too far gone.
